Service Description

Using the Pilates jumpboard, experience the fun of a full body workout in a low impact environment. Looking for a workout challenge? Yea! This is where you can break a sweat while executing your jumps. It gets more exciting as the instructor gets you to move in the mid-air at the jump-off. Definitely a calories burner! Criteria: Participants must have attended at least 2-5 Pilates Foundation/Beginner classes at CARVE Pilates Studio, or have had been practising Pilates on the reformer for at least 5-10 sessions in other studios. For anyone recovering from injury, suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please check with CARVE if this class is suitable for you before signing up for this class.

Cancellation Policy

Studio Policy Validity period: Please note the validity of the package you have purchased. The validity period commences from the point of purchase. No extension is allowed. Only on the grounds of medical and accidental cases, extension may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Refund: No refund is allowed for packages purchased. Extension may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the clause on "Validity period". Cancellation: You will not be charged if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the class that you have booked; otherwise, a full amount of the class will be deducted from your package. Class booking: You may only book for a class when you have made a payment. For packages, classes can be booked two weeks before the start time. The latest you can book a class online is one day ahead. All bookings will receive an email confirmation. Your class booking will also be reflected under "My Bookings" when you have logged into your account on the web site.
