Certified Pilates Instructor

Sydney was first exposed to Pilates as a young ballet dancer. She found Pilates to be the perfect foundation for her dance training, helping her find both the strength and mobility which prevented potential injuries. For Sydney, Pilates is the perfect way to strengthen, tone and stretch her body as well as gaining mindbody connection through the graceful and yet functional movements.


Her educated understanding of the human anatomy enables her to assist clients who want to improve their postures or rehabilitate their bodies. Her goal is to ensure clients leave the class feeling stronger and more confident through the practice of Pilates.
