Service Description
Solo session: Multi-equipment use with postural analysis of your body to tailor the exercise programme towards your specific goals. We highly recommend every individual to consider taking at least 4 to 12 private sessions during their lifetime. The experience will give you an opportunity to understand your body much better and correct any wrong beliefs you may have adopted over time. For example, most clients experiencing a slipped disc would be advised to rest. But taking the rest time to a whole new level of not allowing yourself to bend forward or not moving creates other issues. Over time, the pain only gets worse and the only way to get out of pain, most would be advised to have surgery. Is that the best solution? Not exactly if they have not considered what else they can do or what else could be done to begin with? We are here as your accountability partners. We work with clients as young as 10 years old to elderlies about 80 years old. We work with patients with cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, or have undergone or preparing for orthopedic procedures. We also work with the athletes who want to get to a better form. We will also advise you if there is a need to seek medical help and work with your medical team in your recovery journey. Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy Validity Period: The validity period commences from the date of purchase. No extension is allowed. Only on the grounds of medical and accidental cases with the submission of an appropriate medical certificate, extension may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund: No refund is allowed for packages purchased. Cancellation: You will not be charged if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the class that you have booked; otherwise, a full amount of the class will be deducted from your package. Class Booking: You may only book for a class when you have made a payment. For packages, classes can be booked two weeks before the start time. The latest you can book a class online is one day ahead. All confirmed bookings will receive an email confirmation. Your class booking will also be reflected under "My Bookings" when you have logged into your account on the web site. No walk-ins allowed. Please book ahead for the classes. CARVE Pilates Studio reserves the right to substitute instructors advertised for classes at its discretion, where the replacement instructor is qualified to teach the said class.
